These pans are very good for baking our specialty Tres Leches. They are very strong and hold the product well with no leakage. The only negative experience I have had is that with my application the clear lid that is used for these pans do not stay put in place. They come off when you try to carry the product.

This foil casserole pan is sturdy and durable enough to handle a large volume of food. It is a perfect size for a potluck for a crowd. I wish they offer half a size this sturdy also.
Disposable baking pans are the best to take to holiday parties when you have a lot of sides and need to serve a lot of people. I make big batches of macaroni in these and I love that the metal maintains the heat.

Great pans to buy for making roasts. After the roast is done you can make a nice gravy or au jus in it. And there's no clean up, just throw it away.
