Warranty Info
SHIPPING DAMAGES – Any claims for shipment loss or damage must be made with the carrier. Liability for all goods damaged or lost in transit rests with the carrier. In the event of a problem, the consignee (customer) should file a claim directly with the freight company. RETURNS – If you ordered in error and wish to return goods, you must notify us within 10 days and be issued a return authorization number. Goods must be returned within 30 days in unused and undamaged condition. Upon receipt and inspection of goods, a credit will be issued less a 15% or $15 minimum inspection and restocking fee for all usable goods.
