This shelf features a grate that allows air to flow around the products it supports for optimal exposure and curing during use. It's perfectly suited to holding cheese or small pieces of meat and can support up to 44 lb. of product.
This durable half shelf is made from stainless steel and is designed to maximize the space around larger hanging products. To use, simply insert it in the front half of an insert space, leaving the back half open for the larger hanging product. This shelf will not fit in the back half of the curing cabinet.
