Designed for professional use only, this cleaner works best when applied directly onto surfaces with an electric or pump sprayer. Flooring can then be scrubbed with a grout brush (sold separately) to break up greasy oil and dirt. This cleaner makes up to 9 ready-to-use gallons from just 1 gallon of concentrate. With the ability to clean approximately 200-400 sq. ft. per diluted gallon, this cleaner is perfect for high-traffic areas in healthcare facilities, restaurants, hotels, and schools.

This cleaner is specifically formulated to easily clean ceramic tile and grout without etching surfaces. Its low-foaming, high alkaline, water-based formula loosens grease, oil, and dirt, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. While it can clean vinyl, concrete, some vinyl composite tile, and some natural stone surfaces, it is essential to pre-test on these surfaces before use. This product is not formulated for use on wood, aluminum, carpets, or upholstery.
