Make delicious, fresh pizza in as little as 5 minutes with this Doyon RP03 electric countertop ventless pizza oven with three-tiered rotating baking deck! This ventless oven allows you to bake delicious, hot pizza in your kitchen without the need for an exhaust system. You can also bake quick breads, retherm pastries, or finish off wings and nachos in this versatile oven. This ventless user-friendly pizza oven is easy to operate thanks to its programmable touchscreen with individual timers for each deck so staff can easily track to the progress of each pizza. It also features a tempered glass window and fully illuminated interior so you can easily monitor the cooking progress. The drop-down door allows for easy removal of pizzas when it's time to serve your guests.
For the ultimate efficiency, the patented Jet Air reversing fan system allows this oven to reach temperatures of up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and to bake pizzas in as little as 5 minutes. Meanwhile, the perforated baking disks allow heat to easily circulate around the pizza, ensuring that it will be evenly baked. The baking decks are made of nickel-plated steel for long-lasting durability and the unit is easy to clean with its stainless steel construction and removable top tray. Each baking deck fits a 13" x 18" half size sheet pan. Plus, its stackable design allows you to stack multiple ovens for an efficient operation with a small footprint. This oven is designed for 208V/240V electrical systems.
