Doyon D20 Details
This Doyon D20 hydraulic dough divider maximizes speed and performance in your bakery or pizza shop, dividing dough into 20 pieces. It divides from 7 oz. to 28 oz. Its round chamber reduces pressure on dough, and this unit is durable, constructed of stainless steel. Its ease of use is facilitated by reliable stainless steel blades and Teflon® coated dough shapers that help prevent sticking. Highly versatile, it can be used for a wide variety of dough, including bread, tortilla, pizza, cookie and other baked goods.
This dough divider has a cast aluminum cover with a locking handle, offering a safe and secure operation. Coming with 4 casters (2 locking), this unit increases mobility and makes for easy transport. This unit requires a 208/240V electrical connection.
