It boasts a 1 hp motor and 20 high-efficiency continuous speeds, allowing you to easily change speeds without having to stop the mixer. It features a 20-speed digital control with 7 settings for speed and time. The 20 qt. bowl accommodates up to 10 lb. of flour and 15 lb. of dough, which can be processed with the included dough hook, whip, or flat beater. A #12 attachment hub is also included for additional versatility.

This mixer is supported by a heavy-duty frame with an enameled steel finish for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. It features a stainless steel bowl, mixing tools, and safety guard. During operation, an anti-vibration device holds the unit steady. The gear-type belt is constructed of metal-rubber composite, and it allows for the speed of the mixer to change while operational. Plus, this belt is non-slipping and durable to handle tough mixes.

This model has a lifting bowl guard with a safety interlock to prevent operation when the bowl is lowered or the guard is opened. For additional security, the stainless steel bowl automatically locks on each side. It comes complete with casters for easy mobility during cleaning.
