The DoughXpress DXE-WH pizza dough press lets you flatten dough balls into pizzas up to 18" in diameter, without the need for flour, dough rollers or skilled labor! Simply set the time, temperature and thickness, and the press does all the work. Its heated upper platen helps your dough balls flatten faster, or you can use it without heat for cold pressing. Thanks to its electromechanical operation, you won't need to worry about hydraulics or accessory air compressors, for space savings and maximum efficiency.
This automatic pizza dough press is easy to use and flexible, with features like infinite dough thickness adjustment and digital time and temperature controls. The DoughXpress DXE-WH automatic dough press requires a 120V electrical connection.
