Press, flatten or bake tortillas in just seconds with the DoughXpress D-TXA-2-18-WH air-automatic dual-heat 18" round tortilla press. This heavy duty manual press is an easy, affordable way to boost production time and improve the finished product. Integrated dual heated platens allow for pressing thinner products, aid dough flow while keeping it from shrinking back, and permit the dough to be pressed straight from the refrigeration unit.
Variable thickness control makes it possible to achieve virtually any desired thickness and ensures that same thickness throughout the dough. An innovative 18'' platen is used to make variable crust sizes. For added safety, an emergency stop button is featured on the front control panel, as well as tow start buttons for hands clear operation. A digital temperature control displays the current reading and an illuminated on/off switch along with heat indicating light notifies users when the set temperature is reached.
The bottom swing out design saves space, while a stainless steel exterior adds extended durability. Additionally, this tortilla press is easy to use and requires no skilled labor to operate.
