Suggested Recipe: Apple Chai Shrub
For the shrub:
1 cup grated red apple (about 1 medium apple)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
4 oz. Dona Chai original chai masala concentrate

For the cocktail:
1 oz. chai apple cider shrub
2 oz. bourbon
1 dash bitters
Sparkling water

Combine grated apples, apple cider vinegar, brown and white sugars, and chai concentrate in a jar. Stir to combine, then cover and refrigerate for 2-3 days. After a few days, strain the shrub.

To make the cocktail, combine bourbon, apple chai shrub, and bitters in a class over ice. Top with sparkling water, garnish with an apple slice and a sprig of rosemary, and serve.
