Beautiful product, have ordered three. But they break easily and two weeks ago a client broke the spigot right off of the dispenser. How does that happen?

At first this was one of the best things to use for our infused water. After use it did not hold up very well. The middle piece broke off and on other ones was had the side completely cracked.
