This beautiful handle is secured to the blade with 3 durable brass compression rivets for ultimate sturdiness. From there, the high-quality, stainless steel blade offers the right amount of flexibility for easy handing of food. This precision-ground blade is exceptional at holding an edge and features a unique edge geometry, exclusive to the Traditional line of turners and cutlery. For safety and sanitation, this blade is secured to the handle with an impervious blade-to-handle seal.
This stainless steel turner ensures high-quality performance. However, if not taken care of properly, this turner's long-term functionality may diminish. Your turner should be hand washed only in mild-to-medium strength detergent, and towel dried afterward, since high heat and chemicals from the dishwasher can wear down your product over time. The wooden handle will eventually fade and split if put in the dishwasher. You should not soak your product for long periods of time or allow it to remain submerged for cleaning. Do not use any chlorine or bleach products, as well. Finally, refrain from letting your product soak in aluminum pans or stainless steel sinks to prevent Galvanic action from occurring.

The dark wood finish on the handle is beautiful. They match our walnut serving platters. The blade is very thin, so it can get under stubborn burgers without tearing them apart.
