This Delta Faucet Modern 1.2 GPM deck-mount stainless finish lavatory faucet is the perfect addition to your commercial restroom! Boasting a durable brass construction with an attractive stainless finish, this faucet is sure to last in your establishment. It features a square lever handle with color-coded temperature markings and a rigid spout. It provides an efficient water flow of 1.2 GPM at 60 PSI and uses 20% less water than the industry standard, and the InnoFlex PEX supply lines are crack-, kink-, and corrosion-resistant.

This faucet has a ceramic disc valve cartridge that helps to ensure smooth, reliable operation. It utilizes a single hole for deck-mount installation, but it can be paired with a 6" deck plate (sold separately) for a 3-hole installation. This faucet comes with threaded studs and a lift rod hole plug. It also includes a matching stainless finish metal pop-up drain with a plated flange and stopper to prevent items from getting stuck in the drain pipe. An optional red / blue temperature indicator ring is included.

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.
