Featuring a sleek stainless steel top and 4" high backsplash, this unit provides a versatile work surface. The backsplash helps prevent supplies and ingredients from falling behind the unit while also protecting the wall from spills. Thanks to its 100% front-breathing design, this refrigerator can be pushed against a wall to maximize space and efficiency. The drawers help keep items organized and easy to find with 14.23 cu. ft. of storage volume. The top drawers can hold 1 full size 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 size pans each up to 6" deep, while the bottom drawers can hold 1 full size 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/6 size pans each up to 4" deep (all pans sold separately).
Designed for excellent exterior durability, the front, top, drawers, and sides are constructed from stainless steel, while the back and bottom are made from galvanized steel. Plus, the exclusive ABS plastic interior liner will not dent or corrode, ensuring long-lasting use in your establishment. The bent-in, full-length handle on the drawers allows for easy access and gives a sleek, streamlined appearance.
With the ACT solid state electronic control, precise temperatures can be maintained to ensure your ingredients are kept safe and fresh. This refrigerator is fully insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place, environmentally friendly polyurethane to help keep energy costs low. A set of 5" casters is included for seamless mobility, making it easy to clean underneath and behind the unit, with locking brakes on the front 2 casters. This refrigerator is powered by a 3/16 hp compressor that uses an environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit comes with a 10' long electrical cord and requires a 115V connection for operation.
