Delfield F2694CP Details
The Delfield F2694CP two drawer 94" freezer chef base makes food preparation faster and more convenient by providing both a storage area for frozen ingredients and a sturdy base to hold your cooking equipment! Each of the 32" wide drawers can hold (2) 12" x 20" full size pans up to 4" deep (sold separately). For added convenience, the drawers on this unit are designed to open further than drawers in many standard chef bases. This allows you to lift pans straight up and helps reduce the risk of spills.
This heavy-duty chef base features durable stainless steel ends and a flat, stainless steel top to stand up to the rigors of a busy commercial kitchen. It also features a full perimeter marine edge to collect excess water and other runoff to keep your kitchen environment safe and clean.
The body of this freezer chef base is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam, and the drawers are further insulated with an ABS interior liner to ensure each drawer stays at its intended setting. The (2) 1/3 hp compressors run on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business.
This chef base also features an exterior digital thermometer, allowing you to see the unit's internal temperature at a glance. The (4) 6" casters provide easy mobility during routine maintenance for added convenience. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
