The lower cabinet holds temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit for safe food storage and includes (2) 27" doors. Each door features 1 interior shelf, a recessed handle that won't bang into its surroudings, and an easy-to-replace, magnetic gasket. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps ensure proper retention and structural rigidity.
For easy operation, the refrigerator boasts electronic controls and a pre-wired condensing unit. The controls display ambient temperature for user convenience, and the on/off switch is located behind a louvered panel to prevent accidental changes throughout the day. This particular unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business.
With stainless steel exterior ends and a galvanized steel back and bottom, this refrigerator is built to withstand harsh, commercial kitchen environments. 4" casters are included too, giving the unit an ADA-compliant working height and making it easy to move for cleaning. The refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
