We love this product!!

My go to snack, just can't get enough of this product. Buying 4 gallons ar a time, easy to order, and the shipping is very fast.

Wasn't horrible but not my particular favorite. Rough vinegar taste and the color of the veggies blanched out quickly. I would highly recommend opening and using the entire jar immediately because it does not appear to hold up for more than a week. Win some lose some.

Say hello to perfect bloody marys! We use both the giardiniera pickle juice to make our house made bloody mary mix, and also use the pickled vegetables themselves to skewer for garnish. It makes our bloody marys look and taste great. We also use the pickled vegetables cut up for pickle pizza bagels. Great price point. Great product. Highly recommend!

This mix is very bland and vinegary. No spices or any kind of flavor added. Just vinegar and salt. I had to add pickling spices, garlic and onions to make it taste good. Two weeks later it was good. I don't recommend it unless you plan on adding herbs and spices anyway and waiting a couple weeks. I DID contact customer service and there was no resolution. I am stuck with them. You were warned.

The Giardiniera is a tasty moderately spicy mix of cauliflower, carrots, celery, red pepper and a mildly spicy pepper in vinegar. I love to add it to my everyday salads, to top my pizza’s and my favorite is to add it to scramble eggs or quiches.

If you like a little hot spice with your veggies, this medley is for you. Use it as an appetizer or add to soups. I like to add it to salads to give them some zing!

This giardiniera mix tastes great and is a great value for money. I just wish that the cauliflower would be cut up a little smaller, but otherwise will definitely be buying more again

The Giardiniera is wonderful and we love the assortment of pickled vegetables that the jar has. A quick and easy way to have an assortment of pickled goodies at our catering events during cocktail hour.

I absolute love this stuff very tasty prefect for restaurant's that use this much easier than making from scratch I will buy again and again

What a great price for such a large sized jar! Not my favorite giardiniera. But if you're a diehard fan of the stuff, it's worth a try.

Good flavor and nice color but a little heavy on cauliflower. Took awhile to get since the first was broken in transit. Would buy again though.

This item is much better then the Italian vendor.The cauliflower is crispier.I wish they had this item with the free shipping.I would purchase this again.

Giardiniera salad is always on the menu. There is a light hint of mild pepper, in this salad mix. We have saved time and money by stocking this mix in the kitchen.

we used to purchased this pickled vegetables from our local supermarket, for almost 4 times the price. Those vegetables are crunchy and very well packed.

WOW! This is good stuff. Tasty. A little salty, but that is what giardiniera is. Super glad the bottles are plastic cause we dropped them twice already That is my only concern, the bottles are a bit awkward to handle (I have fumble fingers).

These gallon jars of Gabardine are nice and consistent way to add a pickled vegetable to any chartreuse or antipasto platter. I have had these vegetables keep on the shelf sealed for over a year.

The Giardiniera is a great medley of pickled vegetables that is colorful and makes a wonderful display. Tastes great and well packaged for easy transport.

The Castella Giardiniera vegetable mix is a great variety of pickled vegetables that are great tasting and very good in appearance. They are great for our appetizer trays with meat and cheese.

it has a good amount of veggies in it but it is way too hot. To the point where people couldn't eat it. It is probably from having the pepperoncinis in it

This was so bad, I dumped it in my compost pile. I expected the vegetables to be in vinegar. Instead all I tasted was the large hot green peppers that were in this vegetable mix. The cauliflower and carrots might as well have been hot green peppers. I like hot sauces, horseradish, mustards, and I put jalapenos on my sub sandwiches.....but I could not stand this. .

This Castella mixture gets my vote for sure. I had originally planned to use them in a recipe but quickly learned they are great right out of the jar!!

We order our 1 gallon salad mixes in fours as they then get shipped in a proper box. They add extra seals around the lids and also place in bags for additional security. Great addition to your salad bar.

This is a good product. There are nice big chunks of vegetables. Not all little crumbs.. it is a nice assortment of peppers, carrots and cauliflower.

We use this Castella Giadiniera to add to antipasto salads. This jar has a good mix of pickled vegetables in there and are quite tasty. And they are not overpoweringly sour which is good. We like this.

This is definitely similar to chow chow/ It can be added to shredded cabbage for hot slaw. This is popular in the American south but tasty all over.

These Castella Giardiniera, Italian pickled veggies were well worth the wait. The flavor is different from the brand we had been using--these taste fresher, in fact.
