I was skeptical, but the lime juice is good. The product we received had a slightly different label but the ingredients were still correct. There was some slight separation in the form of some sediment, but after shaking etc it seemed to go away. I would recommend a VERY good shake before opening.
This could be the worst attempt at lime juice I've ever tasted. It is so bitter and tart, it is unusable. I actually add 2 cups of sugar to 1 gallon and still couldn't use it in my Margaritas. The closest thing I can compare it to are the warhead candies that they used to sell. Look for a different product.
