We make very delicious red velvet cupcakes but I felt like the flavor of the icing wasnt good enough. I tried making a cream cheese icing with this flavoring and it was scrumptious.

The red velvet cake coffee syrup is good but be warned....it is very red. Your coffee will be reddish brown. The vanilla is strongest with a slight cream cheese flavor.

I actually use this product to flavor my red velvet cakes. It works great for that purpose. Gives a great flavor and color. I am sure it would be good in coffee too....just have not tried it.
