We use this in both teas and coffees. It brings just a little bit of sweetness and flavor to straight up black tea such as Oolong or Darjelling. The DaVinci syrups are easy to use, and I like that this is clear as opposed to some of the other brands who offer a cloudy kind of opaque solution. I utilize the 1/4 ounce pumps to meter in the amount of syrup that I use.
