Morning toast loves it, Pancaked, chesecakes, homemade crepes. Do we need to say more.
I love the seed to jam ratio that Dalmatia uses. It ends up tasting like a very expensive jam. The fig flavor is enticing and the jam as a whole is delighting.
This is my absolute favorite fig jam to use in baking. I use it mostly in pistachio thumbprint cookies and the flavor is so subtle but natural. Nothing tastes artificial and the sweetness is perfect with a slight tang. By far the best I’ve tried.
