I bought two of these twin units. The USB programming on them is faulty. It simply doesn't work. I have worked with Curtis/SEB tech support to identify the problem, but they have yet to come up with a fix for my units or a production change to stop producing lemons. It's been over 10 months. The machines work, but they don't do everything that I paid for them to do. Meanwhile, the company does nothing. I am VERY disappointed with Curtis/SEB. I understand that Curtis used to be a great company to work with when they were family owned. Now that they have been sold to a multi-national conglomerate, progress, innovation, and service have come to a dead halt. It's hard to recommend products from a company like SEB. Such a shame.
