I made the wrong choice! One machine has never functioned. One of the two machines I ordered has never worked. We are now going on one month, and it’s still not working. After speaking with Curtis’ “customer service” I spent a fortune having my plumber work a whole bunch of ‘fixes”, which never resolved the issue. After MUCH argument (and it was an argument) with Curtis, they finally agreed to send a repair technician out. They basically “threatened” that if there wasn’t an issue with the machine they would charge me fees. The first time the tech came out, he brought the part that Curtis told him to bring, and it was wrong. great machines . makes a quick pot of coffee and the hot water tap is convenient for odd cups of tea . I purchased 2 machines and so far not a single problem .

Where do I start ? This machine has flooded my dining area, burned my workers hands and leg, I had an elderly woman slip and fall only to have her husband fall trying to save her, all my paper goods have been destroyed under the beverage counter and this is the 1st 3 hours with this piece of ?? it wouldn’t turn off, even after powering it off, and I’ve called Curtis numerous times with no call back, it’s like no one works there !!!!!!

It did good until it didn't work anymore - after 5 months Did not brew and hot water dispensed was cold. Had extended warranty - but Curtis has a 3 year warranty. Trying to get service - atrocious. I will never - ever purchase Curtis product again. Called Curtis- gave me a number to call for service - they need a work order- called Curtis back again- nobody available within 2 hours service area - and that's my problem why? Told me I could reach out to Webstaurant ????? Really? OMG they do nit stand behind there warranty or product.

This airport brewer works great. It took a little bit to get the programming down to where it wouldn’t overflow. The only complaint is that we keep getting grounds in our coffee. I don’t know if it’s the filters or the pressure/distribution of the water when brewing, but we have used 2 different filters and have drastically decreased our coffee weight to try to fix it. We will buy another one if we ever need one.

This Coffee brewer works perfect for my small business! We mostly sell French pressed coffee, so it is not used as often as most coffee shops would normally use this!

We purchased this coffee pot expecting it to be ready to use, but it arrived without the necessary hookup/installation components. While the product listing mentioned that the airpot was not included—which is understandable—it did not clearly communicate that the installation kit was also missing. Without the proper hookup parts, the unit cannot be used as intended, which makes this purchase frustrating and inconvenient. This is a critical detail that should be clearly stated upfront, not treated as an afterthought. We reached out for support and were told to contact the manufacturer, but the manufacturer then directed us back to the place of purchase. This back-and-forth made it even more difficult to resolve the issue. Overall, the lack of essential components and the poor support experience significantly impact the usability of the product and should be addressed in the product description and customer service process.

it not really good product, it's has small coffee filters, so you cannot make 96 oz for travel coffee. otherwise. coffee grounds go over filters. Not recommend for coffee business.

This machine has failed a little after a year. Curtis isn't very helpful. Having spent decades in the food industry, this machine should not fail. It has electrical issues that is repeatedly tripping the breaker. It is a poorly built machine. I will not purchase this brand again and it will definitely affect my purchasing from this site as well.

This coffee maker is big enough with the 220V to keep up with the high demand. For most part I'm not really that busy. But I do have special events around the area. It really helps being 220 vs. 110.

The airpot coffee brewer makes great coffee without constantly filling water like other coffeemakers. It is nice that there is digital readings or tell you what is wrong on the screen.

Coffee pot has been incredible. We had a coffee service provider and was constantly having issues with their coffee pots. Order this one off positive reviews and it has not let us down. We are saving money, time, and frustration.

I like this brewer so far. I've been using it for 3 months. I've had to adjust the volume on it a couple of times even tho I haven't changed the capacity of my airpots. However, it is pretty easy to adjust the volume settings.
