Thanks to its double tank design, you can either produce mass amounts of your most popular fried food, or simultaneously prepare two different types of food without the risk of flavor transfer. This outdoor fryer uses a natural gas connection to provide you with quick heat up times and fast recovery without the burden of filling and transporting propane tanks, while its millivolt thermostat control lets you adjust temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Large 14" rear wheels and a built-in stainless steel handle provide easy maneuverability over any terrain, making this Crown Verity outdoor fryer perfect for caterers, party rentals, and concession stands. In addition to features that ease mobility, this unit also has a high limit safety shut off that will shut the unit down if extreme temperatures are reached, keeping your employees safe and preventing damage to your fryer.
