Thought it would work even better than the other product Webstaurant sells but didn't for my bakery. All my cakes stick to the pans and never did with the other brand, plus it has a stronger smell than the Sprease.

Worst pan spray ever for cakes. Lost 36# cakes and have a batch of muffins because they would release from pans. Back to Baken Joy for us.

I would buy this again of all sprays this is the best whatever you are baking use this nothing sticks. Great for nonstick pans and waffle makers that say do not use spray. Leaves no residual stickey stuff behind.
