With a large capacity of 12.5 lb. of candied corn per hour and a durable stainless steel construction, this caramelizer is sure to meet all of your busy establishment's needs. Cook, mix, and coat 12 oz. of popcorn with caramel, cheese, or candied flavor product per batch. The combination cooker and mixer are perfect for preparing a variety of caramel coatings and gourmet toppings for your popcorn. Pop and dump several batches of popcorn in the kettle, or use this unit as a coater to evenly and efficiently coat popcorn in gourmet toppings. This versatile unit can even coat nuts to make praline!
When popcorn is completely coated, the one-hand, tilt-to-dump design makes it easy to dump out the fresh caramel corn to cool. Built for left hand operation, the unit is easily steam-cleaned to simplify clean-up. No need to remove pieces that will get lost or broken, just add water to the kettle, put the lid on, and steam it clean! For added stability, this caramelizer can be mounted onto a Cretors counter or table (sold separately). This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
