This unit includes a Giles ventless hood and ANSUL fire suppression systems (ANSUL activation not included). To comply with strict fire codes, this unit offers protection by detecting and suppressing fires. Cretors, along with Giles Food Service Equipment, created this ventless popcorn machine to eliminate the need for a Type 1 exhaust hood. The three stage filter system ventless hood limits the emission of grease-laden air, creating a self-contained ANSUL fire suppression and air filtration system.
