Designed to work with Cres Cor RR-D ovens and RH-D hot cabinets, this roll-in rack enables you to wheel up to 16 full size sheet pans or 32 full size food pans of food directly into your Cres Cor equipment for efficient cooking and meal preparation. This process reduces the amount of stress and time associated with high volume environments, like school kitchens and banquets.

With a strong stainless steel construction, the rack features shelves with 3" of space to provide plenty of room betweens pans . Maneuverability of the cart is made possible by a set of (4) 5" casters. Two of the casters are also equipped with brakes that allow you to secure the rack when in an oven, holding cabinet, or in storage. Plus, outfitted with a large handle, the cart is easy to move around the food prep area for efficient, ergonomic transport.
