This fully insulated oven features two separate compartments and is designed for delicious, flavorful results thanks to a unique slow roasting process that uses a convected air system to promote browning for flavor and seal in natural juices. Slow roasting can also mean 15% to 20% less shrinkage of your food items during cooking. A powerful 4700W electric output allows for reheating of prepared meals or bulk items with incredible ease, while a pair of large and easy-to-read LED digital displays ensure precise food temperatures. The internal temperature can be set between 140 and 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Thanks to a non-vented design and spacious interior, your kitchens staff can use both compartments to roast and hold over 240 lb. of meat at one time. Stainless steel construction adds long-lasting durability, and smooth coved interior corners prevent food particle and grease build-up to make the unit easy to clean at all times. A series of channel pan slides will hold standard-sized 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers without tipping, and six wire raised wire grids are included.

This oven is fitted with an insulated door to prevent temperature loss, while a silicone door gasket is provided for a proper seal. An integrated high temperature and antimicrobial latch delivers easy-open functionality and protection against germs. For increased mobility, four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters are supplied, including two with brakes.

The Cres Cor CO151H189DESTK oven uses just 6 sq. ft. of floor space and is already stacked, allowing this item to fit in just about any commercial kitchen and even those with limited space available. Additionally, it can be operated without a ventilation hood; however, all users should check with their local requirements prior to installation. A 208V electrical connection is required.
