For your baking, reheating, and slow roasting needs, add this Cres Cor CO151FPWUA12DE pass-through Roast-N-Hold convection oven with deluxe controls and an AquaTemp system to your kitchen! It features 8000W of heating power and utilizes an AquaTemp system to maintain a balance between heat and humidity for a variety of cooking, heating, and holding options. It is also made with doors on two sides to allow your staff to load the cabinet from one side and unload it from the other.
With the upgraded deluxe controls, this model features a digital LED control module with 18 programmable menu cycles and a 6" meat probe for convenience. The maximum temperature of this oven is 350 degrees Fahrenheit and, since the unit has a large temperature display, you can easily see what the set point is for the interior of the oven compartment. Plus, the controls are located at the top of the unit for easy access and to keep them out of the way of accidental bumps, drips, or spills.
For a variety of cooking and holding options, this model comes equipped with AquaTemp. This technology maintains a balance of humidity and temperature for optimum food texture. It continuously monitors the temperature and humidity, and you can adjust both through use of the controller. It uses an 1850W water heater with a separate control, an automatic water fill system, a low water indicator, and an auto shut-off for safety when the water reaches critically low levels.
To make installation less expensive and complicated, this model has a non-venting design so that it may not need to be placed under a hood. Be sure to check your own local regulations, however this model is accepted by many local codes so that you can use it in places where a regular oven or other cooking equipment wouldn't be allowed.
For long-lasting durability and a professional appearance, this oven is made entirely with stainless steel. On the inside, it features coved corners so you can easily clean out spills, drips, or crumbs at the end of the day. On the outside, the cabinet has an integral drip trough to help make sure that any condensation collects in the drip pan and not on your floor. This helps to prevent slipping hazards to make sure your employees stay safe. Plus, this oven also has 5" heavy-duty swivel casters that allow you to easily move the oven for cleaning or maintenance.
To make it easy for your staff to load and unload food pans, this model comes with 12 sets of stainless steel wire universal angle brackets. The brackets can accommodate 22" x 20" pans, 10" x 20" pans, full size steam table pans, full size sheet pans, and even 14" x 18" service trays.
For easy access to the interior of the cabinet, this model comes with half doors that let you open just the door you need, reducing heat loss. The doors are field reversible and come with magnetic latches to keep them closed during reheating or cooking. They feature heavy-duty chrome-plated hinges to make sure that they stand up to frequent, heavy use. Plus, the perimeter silicone gaskets ensure that the heat stays where it is supposed to be - inside your oven! This model requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
