This rack is designed to fit roll-in refrigerators, freezers, and warming cabinets, this model can hold up to eleven sheet pan racks at once.
This rack is made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum and is securely welded for long-lasting use. It has extruded angle ledges at 5 1/8" intervals. Plus, this rack features inboard mounted heavy-duty 5" swivel casters that allow easy maneuvering into refrigeration units, retherm ovens, or holding cabinets.
