Cres Cor 1200HHSSSPLITDX Details
Increase your output efficiency and food quality with the Cres Cor 1200HHSSSPLITDX half size pass-through size insulated stainless steel radiant hot cabinet! After your specialty dishes are prepared, the cabinet will maintain their serving temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Monitoring the cabinet throughout the day is easy, too, thanks to its solid state electronic controls and easy-to-read LED digital display. Since the unit features deluxe controls, it allows you to program up to 18 different menus and it comes with a 6" food probe for more accurate cooking!
The cabinet's exterior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel, while the interior is made of 18 gauge stainless steel with a frame for maximum durability. The unit comes with removable wire pans that can hold (8) 18" x 26" and 12" x 20" pans on 1 1/2" centers, allowing it to accommodate a large variety of food. For your convenience, the door is field reversible. It comes outfitted with a magnetic latch that is easy to open while providing a secure closure. Plus, the latch is antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs. As an extra addition, the pass-through design enables this cabinet to be placed conveniently between your kitchen and serving or prep area for easy restocking and access.
To make installation and transportation easy, this hot cabinet comes with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility. The doors can be secured using the twist-lock catch, so the interior contents stay in one place while on-the-go. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
