Increase your output efficiency and quality with the Cres Cor 1000CHSSSPLITSTKDX stainless steel cook and hold oven! This unit will reduce shrinkage by 15-20% due to its slow cooking at up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, which also improves the taste and overall quality of your food. Customize and monitor the progress of your meals and bulk food items with the easy-to-read and easy-to-use solid state electronic controls and LED digital display. This unit has the deluxe control system which includes an LED digital display, 18 programmable menus, and a 6" food probe for more accurate cooking. Since this model comes as two separate ovens with a stacking kit, it has one set of controls and a separate power cord for each oven compartment. Designed to accommodate over 240 lb. of meat between its two separate compartments, this full-size cook and hold oven will save you time and precious kitchen space.
The oven's frame, interior, and exterior are made of stainless steel. The interior of each compartment features coved corners to prevent food particle build-up. Each of the compartments features removable stainless steel pan slides on 3" centers and 3 wire grids so that overall, the unit accommodates up to (16) full size sheet pans. The body of the oven is made of a durable stainless steel and is fully insulated. For your convenience, the doors come outfitted with silicone gaskets for a tight seal and with high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latches that are easy to open, but provide a secure closure. Plus, these latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.
To make installation and transportation easy, this cook and hold oven comes with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility and a field reversible doors for versatility. Because the unit does not need to be placed under a ventilation hood in most locations, you can install the oven wherever it will serve you best. An included drip pan ensures that saucy and juicy meals won't make a mess, meaning that you'll spend less time cleaning and more time creating your specialty dishes. For ease of installation, the unit includes a voltage selector switch and can operate on either a 208V or 240V, 3 phase electrical connection.
