This model comes with (2) 1.3 gallon bowls that are transparent to encourage impulse purchases at your venue. The lockable lid ensures safety by preventing anyone from tampering with your frozen product or accidentally reaching into the bowl while the unit is in operation.
User-friendly controls allow you to easily monitor the cooling temperature in the bowl, while the manual defrost mode allows for easy maintenance. To further ease the maintenance and cleaning process, this model is made so that all of the components that come into contact with the product can be removed without the need for tools. Since cleaning is so easy, you can be sure that it is actually completed on schedule.
With this versatile machine, you can serve anything from frozen coffee to sorbets! This unit is certified as safe for milk products, so you can easily dispense milkshakes, smoothies, or very soft ice cream! It can operate using products derived from water or milk with a dried base, or with ready-to-use mixed product bases. This model requires a 115V electrical connection for operation and has a 700W output. It uses R-404A refrigerant and a 1/4 hp compressor to cool the product.

Avoid this machine if you're looking for low maintenance. We followed the maintenance instructions within the manual and have never experienced so many issues with any other equipment in our restaurant. In less than a year, we have purchased 3 bowls bc they developed cracks so easily even if you follow the directions in the manual, a new tap due to leaking through 1 of the nozzles, and now a "Planned Maintenance Kit" due to a leak in the back of the machine which all isn't covered under warranty. Technical support mentioned the planned maintenance kit is "Preventative Maintenance" which is not listed at all in the manual. When I mentioned where could I find more info on this preventative maintenance in the manual, technical support could care less and just pushed phone numbers to nearby service centers. This will be an extra headache and I guarantee you will regret this purchase and it will burden your store managers and staff with the mess it leaves behind!
