I hate these bowls, the little tabs that hold the "pump cover" break tooooooooo often, no reinforcement. "Pump cover" / "Tube Holder cover"/"tube holder" this piece holds the tube that allows liquid to be pumped to the top cover. If you want to clean your bowl throughly you need to remove the this piece and it is super fragile, I pretty much have to buy one every month and they sell each bowl for over $250. I guess good thing these kit gives me a better deal with the added bonus of a bunch of extra parts I dont need. WEBSTAURANTSTORE I AM BEGGING YOU TO USE YOU SIT WITH CRAFTCO AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS DESIGN FLAW AND, HOPEFULLY, GET US A BETTER DEAL. I am a a webstaurant customer for almost 9 years! This is the ONLY review I have ever written, I hope you listen to me.
