Outfit your business with Coxreels V Series 50' spring driven vacuum reel. Constructed with high quality, heavy-duty steel, this vacuum reel is extremely reliable. The external cover is made with heavy gauge steel with a CPC powder-coated finish. This finish is long-lasting and chip-resistant. Despite its durability, this unit is compact and easy to transport. The sturdy box-style frame base is designed for superior longevity and support. The frame base is made from all CNC robotically welded 1/4" steel, while it also uses CNC robotically spun discs for greater durability. The ribbed discs and rolled edges provide convenient safety on top of its impressive strength. The mounting pattern of the steel base allows for easy reel detachment and installation.
This reel is built with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a stainless steel spring. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that it is easily accessible. This cartridge-style motor is easily removable, making maintenance safe and simple. The vacuum hose wrap will not be crimped thanks to the open drum slot design and exclusive low profile outlet riser. It features a direct connect port for a vacuum hose with bullet cuffs. The adjustable tension brake allows the draw speed to be easily controlled. It also prevents "free-wheeling" from occurring during operation. It sports a cast iron lock ring with a non-sparking bronze pawl.
