The heavy-duty steel mounting base stands up to heavy use in a commercial environment and allows easy access to the hose reel for maintenance. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability.
Constructed with a 2-bolt right side mounting pattern, this hose reel can be installed on any vertical surface, such as cabinets, beams, service vehicles, and tool benches. It mounts and detaches easily, making it ideal for both temporary and permanent installation. This reel is designed with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a stainless steel spring. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that it is easily accessible and removable when needed. This reel also features a locking mechanism that allows you to secure the hose at your preferred length so you're able to service every area of your workstation without compromising on location. Plus, the included hose control bar provides security by keeping the hose securely on the reel.
This hose reel is compatible with a low pressure 1/4" x 50' Oxy-Acetylene hose (sold separately). It boasts a solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings that allow you to rotate the reel 360 degrees with ease. Its rolled exterior design and robotically spun and ribbed discs lend strength and security to the unit. This reel is fitted with (1) 90 degree, full-flow, solid brass NPT swivel that allows for swift maintenance and easy hose installation. The hose reel is rated for 200 PSI working pressure.
