The single, 1/4" steel mounting base stands up to heavy use in a commercial environment and allows easy access to the hose reel for maintenance. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability.
This reel's adjustable 6-position guide arm and 2-bolt mounting pattern make it ideal for installation in small spaces or on flat vertical surfaces, such as vertical walls, beams, tool benches, and service vehicles. It's designed with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with EZ-COIL retraction. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that the hose retracts up to 80% slower, keeping the operator in control. This reel also features a locking mechanism that allows you to secure the hose at your preferred length so you're able to service every area of your workstation without compromising on location.
This hose reel boasts a solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings that allow you to rotate the reel with ease. Its rolled exterior design and robotically spun and ribbed discs lend strength and security to the unit.
