It is designed to keep insects and pests out of your food and it also eliminates the need to cover individual trays or pans. Since it comes in several colors (each sold separately), you can use this cover as part of a color-coded system to keep your bakery running smoothly.
It is made with a durable, vinyl coated mesh fabric for easy cleaning and the fabric itself has 70% open space to allow much greater air flow than standard solid vinyl rack covers. To help prevent rips and tears, this rack cover has a solid, reinforced top. Since this rack cover is made in a common, standard size, it will fit many different bun pan racks and it has full access zippers so you can load and unload trays as needed.
