One half of the removable 18 3/4"' x 24 1/2" food pan functions as a dump station, while the other half is outfitted with a rack to hold french fry containers. I purchased this item for the purposes of keeping fried food warm and the unit does not keep even simple items like French fries warm and does not have an adjustable temperature setting as it states in the description, the only benefit is the look of it.

Hi, I purchased this for our commercial space to replace our old fry warmer. I loved the look and the size of it. I was sadly disappointed to find that this unit does NOT keep the fries even remotely warm. I tried getting a higher wattage bulb to no avail. Any suggestions or thoughts?? thanks
