This rack is a direct replacement for one that comes with CPG charbroilers and can be used to replace a broken or damaged rack. You can also use it to keep an extra on hand, making sure you never get caught with a broken charbroiler during peak business hours.
This grate will replace the old-style lava briquette grate (part number 01.03.1015049). 2 of this item are required to replace 1 of the old grates, since this grate is narrower.
