We plugged it in and noticed that it wasn't working. Called our own tech who opened it up and noticed that it had a damaged and disconnected compressor. Reached out to Webstaurant about the issue and they told me that i needed to reach out to the manufacturer. I did that and was told that a tech would reach out to me and come out to take a look. They never did. Called back. Still nothing. Reached back out to Webstaurant who told me to reach back out to the manufacturer. Not a fan of running around in circles with the company who sold it to me and the manufacturer who ignores me. Hard pass next time.
