This Continental Refrigerator 3FN 78" three section reach-in freezer is the perfect choice for busy kitchens. Made with a stainless steel front and aluminum sides and interior, this cabinet is durable and made to stand up to heavy use in a commercial environment. With 3" non-CFC polyurethane insulation, the cabinet also helps to maintain interior temperatures even in hot kitchens. Plus, 9 heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel shelves are included to make organizing your freezer's contents easy.
The doors come equipped with cam-lift hinges and a self-closing mechanism that helps make sure the doors close properly even when you have your hands full, The magnetic snap-in door gaskets provide a tight seal while the polished chrome workflow handles allow smooth opening and closing in your fast-paced commercial kitchen. Additionally, this unit features bright, cool LED lighting that illuminates the interior better than fluorescent lighting and produces less heat, too.
The self-contained refrigeration system uses a 1 hp compressor and eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to cool the cabinet. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. Since this freezer uses an expansion valve system, it offers faster recovery and runs more efficiently. This model includes an electronic controller with a digital display and a hi-low alarm. It also features a convenient automatic electric condensate evaporator and an automatic electric defrost for easy maintenance.
This freezer comes with 5" casters to make sure you can easily move it for cleaning, and cylinder door locks secure the unit to keep your food product safe after hours. A 115/208-230V electrical connection is required for operation.
