Comark C48 Details
Ensure food safety in your establishment with this Comark C48 waterproof Type-K thermocouple thermometer. This thermometer has an IP65/67 waterproof rating, meaning that it's safe to use in wet or humid settings. It's also treated with BioCote antimicrobial protection to help ensure that your operation remains safe and sanitary. With a wide measuring range of -328 to 2502 degrees Fahrenheit and accuracy within + / - 0.4 degrees of the temperature reading, this Type K thermocouple thermometer will give you a precise reading on everything from frozen fish filets, a pot of chicken noodle soup, or smoked meats. Plus, this thermometer includes both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales for added convenience.
The simple 4-button keypad has a large 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" LCD display so your staff can easily see the temperature readings. This thermometer includes MAX, MIN, and HOLD functions for added versatility. The permanent clock and 60-minute timer allow you to keep track of tasks and recipes in addition to monitoring probe insertion times. There is even an alarm to alert your staff of out of parameter temperatures for superior food safety monitoring. This thermometer includes 2 AA batteries for up to 5,000 hours of continuous use. This thermometer is intended for use with any Comark Type K thermocouple probe with a sub-miniature connector (sold separately).
