Coldelite COMPACTA 4 Details
Outfit your ice cream shop for success with this Coldelite Compacta 4 countertop batch freezer! By allowing varying levels of overrun, this unit is designed for creating 6 quart batches of ice cream, gelato, or sorbet in a compact, countertop, all-in-one freezer, this unit has all the functionality you need.
It features both heating and freezing for production of your finest recipes. With its 2-in-1 structure, you can mix the ingredients and pasteurize them in the upper horizontal cylinder. Simultaneously, the bottom cylinder freezes and produces your frozen desserts from 21 to 38 quarts per hour. Since this unit has a patented external transfer system between the two cylinders, you can mix another batch in the top cylinder without using the bottom one to reduce cleaning. Since this machine can do it all, it offers a lower initial investment to get you into the ice cream business more easily.
This model has an electronic control panel that allows users to easily operate production using a single touch pad. And when you are done with production for the day, cleaning this ice cream freezer is easy. The front lids with safety latches allow for access to the insides of the cylinders, and the removeable mixing blades can be quickly washed between batches. Plus, the included flexible sprayer helps you clean out the cylinders in place.
This water cooled unit requires a 208-230V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
