This CMA Dishmachines undercounter dishwasher is perfect for both glassware and dishware. It provides hot water sanitizing at 180 degrees Fahrenheit using its built-in booster heater. Its 2 minute timer includes the built-in, automatic Safe-T-Temp system, which ensures a 180 degree Fahrenheit temperature for the final rinse of every cycle. This unit fits products up to 14 1/2" high to easily wash larger dishes, glasses, and half-size sheet pans. It can clean up to 28 standard 20" x 20" dish racks or 140 covers per hour, and it uses only 0.68 gallons of water per cycle.
This unit operates using a 3/4 hp wash pump motor. It is made with an all stainless steel construction for long-lasting durability. Its rotating upper and lower wash arms blast water in all directions for optimal cleaning and rinsing. This unit is easy to operate with top-mounted controls and digital LED temperature gauges. Its automatic fill feature automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent and rinse aid into the wash cycle, eliminating the need to manually add it before each wash.
This dishwasher comes with 1 flat rack and 1 peg rack to effectively wash a variety of items. It features a pumped drain for flexible installation. It has built-in chemical dispensers with top-mounted prime switches and a delime switch to ensure proper chemical usage. It requires a 208/240V, 1-phase electrical connection for operation.
