Cleveland KDL60SH Details
This 60 gallon Cleveland KDL-60-SH Short series stationary full steam jacketed kettle connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly and easily cook large quantities of your signature broths, soups, stews, gravies, and pasta! As part of Cleveland's Short series, this steam kettle is built lower than standard models, providing easier access for shorter employees while reducing the risk of burns.
This Cleveland 60 gallon steam kettle heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots and yielding consistently ideal results. It also features a 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve to easily empty the kettle's contents for serving. Thanks to its spring-assisted dome cover, this kettle traps heat in for greater cooking efficiency. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves performance.
The Cleveland KDL-60-SH requires a 3/4" IPS steam connection and a 1/2" NPT drain connection.
