Cleveland KDL125F Details
Quickly and easily cook large quantities of your signature broths, soups, stews, gravies, and pasta with this 125 gallon Cleveland KDL-125-F stationary full steam jacketed kettle! This kettle connects directly to your existing steam source and features a fully steam jacketed design for quick heating. For greater cooking efficiency, it comes with a spring-assisted dome cover.
This Cleveland 125 gallon steam kettle boasts a 35 PSI rating and heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots. A 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve lets you easily empty the kettle's contents for serving. This steam kettle is also built lower than standard models, providing easier access for shorter employees while reducing the risk of burns.
The Cleveland KDL-125-F requires a 1 1/4" IPS steam connection and a 1/2" NPT drainage connection.
