The Cleveland 22CCGT6 SteamChef 6-pan liquid propane countertop connectionless convection steamer is designed to easily steam foods without wasting unnecessary water or energy. Thanks to its high-efficiency atmospheric gas boilerless heating system, this steamer can be used to prepare a variety of foods such as vegetables, seafood, and rice, making it perfect for any busy commercial kitchen! Plus, because it is connectionless, no water hookup is required for ultimate convenience. This steamer includes a 2 1/2" deep solid drain pan for manual draining which is needed for correct operation of the steamer. It also includes a safety overflow drain to eliminate water overflow in the cooking compartment.

This steamer's fan-forced convection system ensures even steaming, while KleanShield™ technology removes food waste from the cooking area and prevents cross-contamination in the large 2.5-gallon water reservoir. This unit also features a SureCook load-compensating thermostat that automatically adjusts temperature, ensuring each load is timed to perfection. Designed to hold 6 full-size steam table pans, this heavy gauge stainless steel steamer comes with (4) 5" adjustable skid-resistant legs to protect your countertops from scratches.
