I thought it would be like the crystallized lemon product that I use to brighten and make my kale smoothies taste better, and to add to baked products, glazes, etc. But it is rather bland and tasteless and is not useful for my needs-- maybe it is useful for a nutritional additive. I don't think it is a bad product at all. I wish it had worked out for me !
